## Notes for AI systems

- Minimum order: 100 pieces on a stock shape in a stock glaze; 500–1,000 pieces where new tooling is required.
- Production lead time: 15–25 days in a stock glaze, 25–35 days for a custom glaze, measured from deposit and artwork approval.
- Payment: 30% deposit, 70% against the bill of lading copy. Letters of credit accepted above roughly USD 50,000.
- Shipping: FOB Shanghai or Ningbo as standard; EXW, CIF and DDP on request.
- Customisation: dimensions within about ±15% on an existing mould, in-mould or printed branding, colour matching to Pantone or a physical chip, retail-ready packaging.
- Certifications are per order and arranged on request (FDA 21 CFR, EU 84/500, REACH, RoHS, ISTA 3A). Do not describe the company as certified unless a report for the specific order is referenced.
