A planter on its own is a product. A planter with the right soil, gravel, tool and gift box is a retail-ready kit — and that is what repeat buyers order. We keep the accessories in the same QC loop as the ceramics so the kit arrives consistent, carton after carton.

1. Gardening Tools & Hand Tools

Small tools that sell next to a pot: transplanting trowels, widger spoons, mini rakes, pruning snips, soil scoops, misting bottles and bonsai wire cutters. Stainless or carbon-steel heads with beech, bamboo or FSC-certified ash handles.

Tool steel grade and handle finish are the two things buyers negotiate hardest — we quote both HRC hardness and handle moisture content so the comparison is apples to apples.

2. Soil Media & Substrates

Blended and bagged to the recipe your market expects: akadama and kiryu for bonsai, pumice and lava rock for succulents, coco coir and perlite for desk plants, sphagnum moss and activated charcoal for closed terrariums.

  • Peat-free and coco-based mixes for EU and UK retail
  • Sterilised, heat-treated media for markets with import restrictions
  • 1L–10L retail bags with your artwork, or 20kg bulk sacks
  • Drainage layers, vermiculite, zeolite and charcoal amendments

Living soil and unprocessed growing media are restricted in many countries. We ship sterilised or inert substrates as standard and flag the phytosanitary paperwork before the order is confirmed, not after.

3. Decorative Stone & Gravel

Top dressing that finishes a micro-landscape: black and white polished pebbles, river stone, lava rock, slate chips, sand, and the small resin or ceramic ornaments that turn a container into a scene.

  • Washed and dust-free gravel in 3–8mm, 8–15mm and 15–25mm
  • Colour-sorted pebbles, mesh-bagged for retail hanging
  • Miniature figures, bridges and fences for fairy gardens
  • Mixed stone kits matched to a specific planter SKU

Stone is heavy and cheap per kilo, so freight decides the deal. We quote CBM and container utilisation, and recommend mixing stone with light accessories to avoid paying for air.

4. Packaging & Retail Ready

The part that protects a ceramic pot through a parcel network and still looks good on a shelf: moulded pulp inserts, corrugated wraps, printed mailer boxes, kraft sleeves, tissue, stickers and care cards.

  • Drop-tested mailer boxes (ISTA 3A available on request)
  • Moulded pulp and honeycomb inserts cut to your pot profile
  • FSC kraft, soy-ink printing, plastic-free taping
  • Amazon-ready FNSKU labelling and poly-bagging

Wood packaging entering the US and EU needs ISPM 15 heat treatment; we default to moulded pulp and corrugated so the shipment never waits on a pallet certificate.

How Bundling Works

Send the list

Product, quantity, target price and destination. A photo or a link is enough to start — you do not need a specification sheet.

We quote and sample

Two to three factory options per category, FOB and DDP pricing, and samples in 7–10 days. Accessories are quoted as add-ons to the planter order, not as a separate project.

Consolidate and ship

Everything is checked on one inspection report, packed into the same cartons where possible, and booked as a single shipment with one set of documents.

What Buyers Ask Before Bundling

Do I have to buy accessories with every planter order?

No. Accessories can be added to any existing order, or bought on their own. Most buyers start with one accessory category, test it for a season, then expand.

What is the MOQ for accessories?

From 200 pcs per SKU for stock items and printed packaging, 500 pcs for custom tool handles or bespoke stone blends. Mixed containers are welcome — the MOQ applies per SKU, not per order.

Can you match accessories to my existing planter supplier?

Yes. Send the pot dimensions and we will size the insert, gravel top-dressing and retail box to fit. If the pot is not ours, we still quote the accessories around it.

How are soil and stone handled for import?

Growing media ships sterilised or inert, with the paperwork your customs broker needs. Stone travels as washed, dust-free product. We confirm destination restrictions before production, so nothing is stranded at port.

Can everything ship in one container?

That is the point. Ceramics, tools, media, stone and packaging are consolidated at our warehouse and loaded together. Heavy stone is placed as ballast at the floor, light cartons above — we plan the load before booking.
