Overview
The Cascade Bonsai Display Frame solves the classic collector problem: how to show several trees at once without stacking pots on planks. Its three graduated tiers lift each tree into its own sightline, turning a row of pots into a curated exhibition wall.
Design & Craftsmanship
A stepped A-frame profile with chamfered shelf edges and a narrow footprint that fits against a wall or bisects a showroom floor as a double-sided display. Every Cascade Bonsai Display Frame is finished to PENJIANG’s export quality standard, so it reads as considered design rather than commodity ware.
Material & Finish
Solid FSC-certified acacia with stainless-steel fasteners and a plant-safe hardwax oil finish rated for humid greenhouse conditions. We pressure-test finishes for colour consistency across production runs, which matters when you reorder the same SKU months apart.
Ideal Applications
- Bonsai nursery showrooms
- Garden-centre feature displays
- Exhibition and club show staging
- Patio and conservatory collections

Why Choose PENJIANG
With 15 years of export manufacturing, PENJIANG combines small-batch flexibility with volume pricing. Key strengths for this product: Three graduated display tiers, Double-sided showroom layout, 12 kg load per shelf, Humidity-rated oil finish. Every order ships with QA documentation and arrives export-cartoned for straightforward fulfilment.
Trade Packing & Container Notes
Cascade Bonsai Display Frame leaves the workshop at 90 × 30 × 75 cm in Solid acacia (FSC). Production runs from 50 units with a 20–30 day lead time. We keep the master sample and the glaze or material recipe on file, so the second container matches the first.
- Carton: 5-layer corrugated outer with moulded-pulp corner blocks. We test every carton configuration at a 1.2 m drop and write a 3% transit breakage allowance into the PO rather than arguing about it after arrival.
- Container: Ceramics cube out before they weigh out, but the big trays still load by weight. We plan the load per pallet and quote 20GP and 40HQ separately, because the cheaper option is not always the bigger box.
- Inspection: Rim flatness, drainage hole alignment against the drawing, and glaze colour checked against the master sample under D65 light — the only way a reorder six months later still matches.
What Buyers Pair With It
Japanese and German buyers typically take this pot with a 3-piece bonsai tool set, akadama-based soil and 8–15 mm black gravel, plus a kraft gift box — one purchase order, one container.
